Yes! We offer name printing, photo printing, and logo printing on most of our products. Visit the Custom Gifts page to submit your customisation request with design files.
Standard orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Bulk and customised orders may take 10–14 days. We deliver Pan India.
Yes, we can send physical samples for bulk orders. Sample charges apply and are adjusted against the final order value. Contact our team to arrange samples.
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and bank transfers for bulk orders. A 50% advance is required for custom and bulk orders.
We offer replacements for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please share photos of the damaged products via WhatsApp or email.
